One-Liner December 18, 2009 Minimize

Dear Family and Friends,

We wish each of you a very Merry Christmas.
WORD
“Wise men from the East…fell down and worshipped Him, and presented to Him gifts..” (Mt. 2:11)
WISDOM
This Christmas, in celebrating the Father’s overwhelming Gift of Jesus to us, we can join “the Wise Men from the East” by giving no less than the gift of our whole selves to Him, symbolized in the huge basket shown above*.  Even though our “gift basket” to Him may look big, it’s nothing in comparison to His gift to us, the Gift of Him “Whom the heavens and earth cannot contain.” (II Chr.6:18)

As we gather with family and friends this Christmas, let’s be sure to worship Him, by prayer, song, and by sharing with others about His gift, JESUS.

*This is the 7-story headquarters of the Longaberger Basket Company in Ohio.

A WORK
of the Lord in Japan.
This young man, Daiki Sato, son of a former Staff members of CFN-Japan Bible School, is pointing to various countries  of Southeast Asia where students go to share the Word of God on overseas outreaches every other year.  This very week in December 2009, students from CFN Japan are returning from ministering the Word of God in 3 different areas of Asia:  Thailand & Cambodia, the Philippines, and Myanmar (Burma).

Wise Men from the East” still seek Him. During the Outreach, those who received Jesus as their Savior, have become children of God, and our new brothers and sisters in Christ! Let’s thank Jesus for the on-going salvation that He won for us, and for our privilege of walking in victory with Him.   Please continue to PRAY FOR the work of the Lord at CFNJ.

Standing together with you looking to the Lord,

Charles and Dianne Gyurko
