Dear Family and Friends
“Do not fear for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will help you, I will strengthen you.  I will uphold you with my righteous right hand”.  (Is. 41:10)
Christians may face the storms of life, but Satan cannot touch their spirit. The Hand of God protects those who are “in Christ” through faith.  “No one can snatch them out of My hand …or out of My Father’s Hand”. (John 10:27-28).
The man whose family name was ODD, never liked his name. So he requested that upon his burial, they not put his name of his tombstone, so he could not be identified. But now, when people pass by, and look at his unmarked tombstone, they often say,
 “That’s ODD”!

Gusty forest winds,
Releasing sharp pine needles…
Watch Out, butterflies!

A WORK of the Lord in Japan.
In its 23 years, CFN-Japan Bible School has published 127 Japanese newsletters. Most often the covers are photos, but sometimes they are drawings from gifted Christian artists, such as Carol Hall, whose drawing called “Safe in His Hands” is shown above, from a 1988 publication.
Carol, shown above, has shared at CFN-Japan, encouraging students to use their God-given talents for His Kingdom.  She and her husband, Gary, long-time missionaries in Japan, pastor a group of internationals who live and work around Nagoya city. In the photo Gary joins Ethiopians at the church. This couple affirms and supports the work of the Lord at CFN-J.
Standing together with you looking to the Lord,
Charles and Dianne Gyurko
