| WORD | “As HE (Jesus) is, so are WE in the world.” (I John 4:17) |
| WISDOM | The above 9 words of Scripture give us a whole life challenge, to be like Christ in the world! It starts with thinking like Him, “having His mind in us” (Php.2:5)), and then of speaking and acting like Him, “as He Who called you is holy, be holy in all your conduct”(I Peter 1:15). As we grow in doing this, others can see Jesus in us at the store, at the gas pump, at work, at home, etc.. With the Apostle Paul, we recognize that we’re not perfect, but we press on “to lay hold of that for which Christ has laid hold of us” (Php.3:12). |

| A WORK of the Lord in Japan. Rev. Sugayoshi Suzuki is typical of other CFN-Japan Bible School graduates, in that they all made 3 positive steps: (#1) STEP IN. He stepped into the Bible School and began deepening his knowledge of The Word, and of his walk in the Spirit (photo above on a Class outing). (#2) STEP UP. He successfully completed all courses, and graduated (below). (#3) STEP OUT. He stepped out into the world equipped with God’s Word and power.(shown below teaching). Rev. Suzuki presently pastors a church in the Tokyo area. With his wife, Eri-san, and their children, they continue their growth in the Lord, and their ministry to others. Rev. Suzuki graduated from CFN-Japan in 1987, so the photos are not “recent”, but God’s continuing grace IS up-to-date. Please continue to pray for him, and for others to hear God’s call to take 3 STEPS of growing in the Spirit at CFN-Japan. Standing together with you looking to the Lord, Charles and Dianne Gyurko |
