Dear Family & Friends,
“God, Who has called you into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ, Our Lord,  is faithful.”  (I Cor. 1:9)
What greater blessing can we imagine, than being in fellowship with Jesus! What a calling!  What a Gift!  Our overflowing cup “impels us” to share Jesus’ love with others (II Cor. 5:14).  In doing so, His Kingdom expands to include all those who seek Him, and who respond to His pursuing love.
A little boy, raised in today’s technological age, was reciting his A-B-C’s to his parents.  He started out okay, but near the end got mixed up:    “…M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W…W…W…DOT COM !”

A WORK of the Lord in Japan.
“Starbucks, step aside!”  Meet Berni Marsh (photo above), the lady who pioneered “Coffee Shop Ministry” in Japan some 40 years ago!  This is where people meet and share the events of their lives.  In this setting, the Lord provides many opportunities for Christian waiters and waitresses to share His Word with customers seeking answers to life’s questions. Many customers left smiling, not just because of the cup of KOH-HEE (coffee), but because they met Jesus.

Berni, together with her faithful interpreter and full-time co-worker, Teruko Kawashima-san,  have spoken as Guest Speakers at CFN-Japan Bible School. They presently pastor a church in central Japan, and are shown in the photo above participating in a rally for Jesus in Kyoto city. In the photo,  Berni wears sunglasses, Teruko-san sits on one side, and Dianne on the other.
Together with you, fellowshipping in the Lord,
Charles and Dianne Gyurko
