Dear Family and Friends,

Let’s look at steps #7 and #8 in making a covenant, blessings & curses, and a covenant meal.
WORD
“In Him (Christ) we have obtained an inheritance…You were sealed with the Holy Spirit, Who is the guarantee of our inheritance. (Eph. 1:11-14). “I am the living bread…If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever.”  (John 6:51)
WISDOM
Being adopted children of God through faith in Jesus Christ, we are true heirs of the Kingdom inheritance. This is a “gift”, not earned by us, but given by Jesus, Who “became a curse for us”. (Gal.3:13) On the cross He became like the bumper of a car that absorbed the impact of God’s just punishment for sin, and spared us from wrecking our lives.

After receiving all of that, having a personal covenant meal with Him is beyond human understanding.  But…that’s God. A private communion with Him daily, opens a way for Him to reveal to us “the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints…and the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe.” (Eph.1:18-19)  What a covenant Partner we have!

You can tune a piano, and you can tuna fish!

A WORK of the Lord in Japan.

Photo below shows CFN-Japan Bible School students preparing to begin a March For Jesus in Sapporo. The small poster being held says “Liberty” (jiyuu). There’s political freedom in Japan, and people can express their faith in public, but true spiritual freedom comes from submission to God’s moral laws and to truth. “The truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32)

New believers “step in” to God’s Kingdom and begin to grow in faith.  When they enter CFNJ and further learn God’s truths, they make a big “STEP UP” in growing “to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. (Eph. 4:13) Then they graduate and “step out” into society, empowered by the Holy Spirit to touch people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Please continue to pray that the Lord of the Harvest send many laborers into His harvest in Japan.

Standing together with you looking to the Lord,
