Dear Family and Friends,

Jesus wants to drive…today!
WORD
Present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and the members of your body as instruments of righteousness to God. (Rom. 6:13)  “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.” (Gal. 2:20) “Consider yourself to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus, our Lord…” (Rom. 6:11)
WISDOM
Recognizing by faith that our “old inner man” (the one bonded to sin) died on the cross with Christ, and that Jesus now lives His life in us (our “new inner man”), we give Him the steering wheel of our lives, and joyfully use the members of our body (eyes, ears, mouth, arms, hands, feet, legs, etc) as “instruments” doing good (righteous) things in accordance with His will. Our body is “His car”, let Him drive!

WIT
After eating breakfast, a man from the country told me, “I ‘et’ seven pancakes”.  I said to him, “You mean ATE”.  He replied, “Well, maybe it was eight I ‘et’ ”.

A WORK of the Lord in Japan.

Students at CFN-Japan use the members of their bodies as “instruments” to praise the Lord in a March for Jesus (photo above), as well as help to keep the Bible school clean and in order, by washing dishes after a meal, making banners (photos below), or other activities.

Teachers, Staff, and Students at CFNJ fulfill their respective roles at the Bible School, doing small things as well as big ones, living their lives “unto the Lord”, recognizing that it is a privilege to serve Him. “Whatever you do, in word or in work, do all in the Name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him”.  (Col. 3:17)

Standing together with you looking to the Lord,
